No water facility , room was not clean , hotel is not like as photo show this hotel is too old and this is my bad experience in all life

where do I begin my experience with.Let's start with room description : Cupboard did not have 1 door. Door knob was broken therefore, I had to ask for door key to lock. Side panel of broken cupboard door had termites. Room walls were had spit stains.bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty.2 glasses were there but no water bottles.Moving to Reception Staff :Pretended as if I committed a crime walking into the property and said he should have refused me a stay when I pointed out room condition and ...more
