होटल की व्यवस्था में कमी है।सफाई और हवा बिल्कुल नही है।बाथरूम के नल काम नही करते। एडजेस्ट फैन बहुत आवाज करता है कुल मिलाकर होटल अच्छी नहीं लगी। कोकरी बहुत गंदी थी

Hotel was very bad, no restraurant in hotel, their complementary food was poor quality. Four times faced Power cut and generator took 1/2 hr. to start.

All good except for the service. Should improve on the service security wise. Rooms should not be visited before informing the customer if the customer is not around.

The room was not cleaned properly. Had smell of cigarettes. Had asked for airfreshner multiple times but did not do.
Room was very small. Geyser was not working properly. The property also is quite dirty with paan spits near lift and dust in outside corridor. Overall won't recommend to anyone.

Very bad hotel, bathroom had broken fittings and not clean, i had to take my luggage to my room myself staff were not upto the mark. They did not even provide a bottle of water in the room. Price is very high if you compare with the facility. In my openion the price should not be more than 1000.00 per room. Even a dharmsala provide better facility and cleanliness .

We stayed here for 2 nights as a family. The location is very central and easy to find. Parking is also plentiful right outside the hotel. Rooms are reasonably comfortable and the AC and TV worked fine. Service was ok. But the place is not as clean as I would have liked. The lift is dirty and cramped. There was no offer to clean the room or do a turnover service. On the whole we had a safe and comfortable stay but will probably not visit again for the reasons cited.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Middle Town and had a wonderful experience. The check-in and checkout processes were smooth, and the staff were very cooperative. I especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a great selection of delicious options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
