staff behaviour was nice.. but maintenance of the hotel is not up to the mark. room TV was not working .. pillow covers were dirty which was changed by staff on request immediately. location is very good just near to roadways bus stand.

When. I entered the room and see bedsheet was ripped off which was very bed bathroom lights was not good pipe was Leakage

Don't book this hotel. This is the worst experience of my whole life. This is true. Because of advance payment, the hotel reception and the hotel team doesn't help any one okay morning live incident, the water supplier stuck in my room. After that the hotel staff Eththanai to do any type of help and suggest me to use washroom of nearby bus stand . After too many request, he denied to do any kind of help and at last he said to me, do whatever you do we can't do anything for youDon't waste your mo ...more

Overall the stay was very good......but I found the curtains to be a bit dirty......they can improve this

pathetic service. stinky rooms. Windows without curtains. In washroom translucent glass fitted on vent. Food quality is Ok. Intercom either not working or is not being responded. which is very surprising. Not recommended for stay although location wise it's well placed. At least not for family or couple stays
