i never thought we get these types hotel by goibibo firstly when chekin the hotel we found washroom was very dirty then say to swiper and clean by them again we saw dirty bed sheet, blanket and call to reception he said ok we wil come but no one come in the room not attending phones than i called to customer care goibibo he and she doing my help and resolve some issues,now that time it's ok we arrgest but in the morning when we saw condition of breakfast it's too dirty and you see worm in curd a ...more

As per price there was no tea facility in room even electric kettle was not there.
after asking to the reception person and manager he is telling I forgot as there was rush in the hotel.
No comb no hangers nothing was there.

stay experience was horrible. the rooms are untidy. after asking for them to be changed they gave us bedsheets with even more stainswe requested for a room heater and after using it for some time it caught fire as it was in really poor condition. bathroom amenities are really poor and taps don’t work properly for hot water.hotel staff takes everything too casually as well - not offering any help whatsoever do not recommend anybody to stay here

I recently stayed at Hotel Milam Inn] from Kanpur to Almora and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience.*Cleanliness Issues:*- The room was dirty upon arrival (dust, stains on carpet, and dirty towels)- The bathroom had hair and soap scum on the shower walls- Bed sheets were not changed daily*Arrangement Issues:*- I booked a double bed for my family but they provided twin bed- Room layout was awkward and cramped- Furniture was outdated and uncomfortable- No proper storage space for lugga ...more
