Ac didn't work, we had to change the room. Still AC didn't work properly in the day time. They said, You cannot use AC continuously. So embarrassing !!!. Why would someone book an AC room than to use it. That was very disappointing to me. So recommending for people who would stay at night and checkout in the morning.

hotel is ok. As usual we had grumpy non communicative unfriendly reception staff as expected in such hotels. Lift is impossibly small. water is so hard you will look like you had a white wash if you had a bath.
otherwise good and clean room. AC may not cool. overall a neat price but the price is not justified. there are better hotels at lower rates in Hassan. Food is exceptionally good. Vegetarian only.

Booked superior room but the hotelier given standard room. AC was not working even after kept in 19 degrees mode. Can't stay without a fan in AC room. Requested hotelier to change the room and they denied my request. So horrible condition. Looks like paid for AC room and stayed in Non-AC room. One of the Worst hotel stay.
