extremely disappointing experience with this property. from broken water faucet hand shower in the bathroom, exhaust fan throwing dust and debris all over the bathroom floor....no wifi signal in the room... it was an complete disaster. the front of the house was also so disinterested in looking into the issues... after reporting the issue ... instead of resolution... they would give excuses ... the door locks for our room were broken... room no 09... also if we asked for an extra towel they insi ...more

good: staff behaviours, restaurant, reception desk
bad: mosquito infested room, smelly curtains, plumbing issues in bathroom and leakage from wet area to dry leaving whole bathroom wet with no place to stand.. not worth for price

The stay was so pleasant. I went their with my family and enjoyed every moment. The rooms and washrooms were cleaned regularly and very well maintained, staff are helpful, hotel is located at a nice place on the main road with good parking space. Breakfast was good.

My experience is quite good. Best 4 star type hotel near prayagraj railway station. Friendly staff. Check in fast. Breakfast good and tasty .

Overall it was good. Restaurant service is good. Restaurant staffs are very nice. However house keeping service can improve a lot. House keeping staffs are not transparent. My advice to guests is to be very careful while checking out. Be present during room inspection during checkout, otherwise you might see surprise bill showing some stains on bedsheet or doormat or towel.

Very bad experience just only showoff staff is very rude & unprofessional like i ask extra town they ask for extra money town while every hotel provides free of cost even 5* too while ask about policy they were not second i took plan with dinner but they provide me thali as said we have no buffet only we provide thali in room that was very simple they charge 600 /- never I recommend to anyone rate is very higher & not value for money they obly cheat Custumar they provide me room at 5 o'clock as showing lot of crowded in hotel but all hotel was empty!
