The ambience of the room and the cleanliness is good, but some of the accessories like TV, door lock was not working properly and we need to call many times in a day to rectify and moreover the house keeping is poor

one of the worst experiences. A/C was not at all working properly and they don't have no fan in rooms.informed them twice in the mid night but no use. It's not worth the money.don't ever book this hotel or even suggest.

Best place for family stay. hassle free check in, friendly staffs. Kudos for all the staff being respectful manner. Restaurant is not opened yet but no issues, if you order through swiggy receptionist get your food to your room Friendly Staffs

Not a good experience. room was not ready, only when I got in they managed to get the toiletries and no towels provided. need to wait till next day. and they were so strict to provide only 2 towels for 4 of them and no bedsheets. tv was not working.

Please do not call yourself "3 star" if you're not ready to keep hotel service up to the mark. The hotel looks good aesthetically but the hotel service is horrible. Tv present but no channels, the bedsheet was not changed, nobody will pick up your call from the front desk and no in-dine restaurant. For the price, these are basic expectations.

The Hotel is well maintained and very good, courteous staff, but the kitchen is not running, so they could not even provide a kettle and as they were getting the food from outside and I had paid for the breakfast too, I didn't avail it
