The stay was truly awesome with very beautiful view but the food & campfire was all super expensive and additional charges. Atleast the campfire must have been complementary. There is no indoor games like snooker & all. The value for money is the most beautiful balcony, very friendly staffs, super clean and the staffs in restaurant are very co-operative.

Our recent stay at Mindescapes was nothing short of spectacular. We were so impressed by the ambience and facilities offered at the property. We booked the Scatlet suite room and was so happy with it. The room has enough storage and space , perfect if you have a toddler or children and are carrying a lot of luggage. It is Heaven experience 😍 If u r planning a ooty trip den plan at least 1 day stay here 😃 Visit here in May or June 😍 Rooms are luxurious and balcony view is so good 😍 Slightly expensive but worth the stay 😊 Try Indian Restaurant its affordable and good food

Visited in May 2024: Location: the best a person can ask. the view from the balcony is just heaven. the entire valley is visible. check the pictures included. This property is not worth /night category. They don't have buffet spread for breakfast. No room service. For everything you need to struggle. Your whole purpose of relaxation is defeated. They have alacart basis some continental and one or two North indian items. They are blunt in telling you that we don't have chef to serve to serve basic Idly, vada and dosa.
