the experience overall was good. though, they faced water shortage in common washrooms, yet the room was good and neat.
all in all, the property is well recommended.

Look at the wires hanging in the room. If a child touches them, he will die immediately. The service in the room was not good. I called many times and then the stuff came. And even in that, there was no proper cleaning. I called three times and then my food arrived

overall Okay but over priced for amenities and location, service was not upto the marks, rooms were not properly facilitated with mentioned amenities even landline was not working, complaint 4-5 times but they didn't resolved the problem, food was good, electricity was fluctuating time to time,

During our stay We DID NOT find any situations that wud reduce any ratings. We experienced everyone to be courteous and very helpful- right from checking to check out. We felt homely too.

The hotel is nice. But it is situated at a very far location from Ambala City. Also all the amenities like swimming pool and gymnasium are under maintenance. However, the area is clean and we'll maintained. One more thing which I noticed is they provide with one water bottle and one towel per room even though the room is booked for two people.
