Worstest experience. The contact number provided was switched off. Nobody was there in the property while we went for checkin. How could I get refund??

This is a hostel best suited for long term visitors to Auroville. It is not meant for couples & families on a short vacation to Pondicherry. The location of the property is wrong. Actual location is near ECR road approx 9 kms from the location shown. I booked seeing the location as close to Matrimandir and I put the same location for my prepaid taxi.
