very bad service.. It's a resort, not a proper hotel.. Nobody k nows what should be served in breakfast..

The stay was fantastic. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the service was outstanding. This was my first time staying at Moment, and I loved the experience. It's one of the best places to stay.

The resort is good,the food is good but the Manager at the reception has rude and rough behaviour who seems to be bihari and someday due to his such behaviour the resort will shut down due to less footfall of customer and because of such unprofessional staff working over there.

good food... unhygienic restaurant as you will find a lot of flies inside and at the premise of the restaurant. Also not suitable for family to spend time in swimming pool...as I experienced local hooligans doing party there smoking near pool and throwing bottles and chips wrappers near the pool side area. Also the management is very casual. Would recommend Kanke resort if you are looking to spend quality time with your family. you won't find cheap public there and very good management and well maintained property

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly polite, provided all necessary toiletries, and the rooms were impeccably clean. The delicious food and the overall beauty of the property exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!
