Rooms were Ok. Badly needs a renovation. Can be improved if maintained well. At least basic amenities could have been provided like soap, water etc. Bedsheets were not that clean and even blankets were provided when we asked for it. Overall it's not value for money.

Place is nice and the host is cooperative but the host doesn't provide fresh towels on a daily basis.

good but a very small apartment. tourists are not allowed to use the big swimming pool so they have to use the kid's swimming pool.

Flat was well maintained and JP was very helpful and quick response. Very good stay overall. Near to candolim beach.

The property is well managed by a Lady caretaker. Room which they provide was clean & spacious but no In house dinning facility. Very satisfied with their hospitality.
