Good experience. Overpriced stay and food. Supportive Staffs. Deep cleaning is required in the room. Activities are there but safety measures are missing.
Well suited for family stay.

This was a horrible experience for our family. This place was not at all clean and rooms were dusty and lack basic amenities like internet and AC or even Fan. The food was pathetic. I wouldnt recommend this place to any one.

- Need to improve quality and hygiene of restaurant. There were no proper cover for juice etc., kept open welcoming flies around juice.
- Cleaning of tables not done immediately, resulting in waiting for tables.
- Need to improve property maintenance.
- Staffs were good and courteous.
- Amenities were to be upgraded.
- Location is good with view of mountains

Good:Location is excellent. Because of the issue with jeep booking, the resort engineer took us in the thar to the railway bridge. He was a very nice person and we enjoyed that part of the trip.Bad:Receptionist is totally unprofessional. It was clearly mentioned "Complimentary Meal Upgrade to Dinner is available." But when we asked the receptionist, she simply denied itI hope the resort sort out this kind of issues, where something is mentioned and resort denies the same at chekin. This kind of ...more

Good resort in a beautiful location, very close to many Bisle and many attractions spots for trekking and water falls.. Rooms are clean and recommend for family stay. The pic which i have clicked and published is the one i found on my way walking to the cottage. These are non-venomous.
