1 star to the MD of this hotel . Otherwise i wouldnt have given 1 star also. Pathetic management. Poor staff service. Not cooperative at all. MD of this hotel was nice still. Cleanliness - 0 Room was stinking so bad. Quilts blankets bedsheets everything was so dirty and had such a bad odour . Felt like they have not changed it since years. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Moon Hotel is Gem in Ranikhet Nice location Room size are very big clean washroom food quality is very Good kids pay area is there great view of himalaya from room balcony Staff is very cooperative special thanks to Mr. Shaikh for taking care of everything. recommend for family as well as individuals.
