dear friendsis hotel me kabhi mat aana Khash karke family and couple👫Evng and night me hotel staff and reception waale full nashe karte hai or miss behavior bhi karte hai, Iske saath hi room me landline ki suvidhayen nahi hai wo apne personal no. dete hai or kehte hai ki 24Hrs service hai. But call karne par miss behavior karte hai or bolte hai 500 or 1000 me aise hi suvidhayen milegi. Jab mere saath aise kiye to family or couple ke saath kya hi karte honge. thank youvery bad hotel

Dear, goibibo memberhotel booking jitna show krta hai aap utneq me hi book karenge low rate ka dikhata hai our aap se bolnge itne rate me itna hi milega tere ko 5 star wali facility chahiye aapke family & couple kabhi na jayen low rate dekh kr Thank you

I booked the room from go ibibo. reached there in night and the hotel said they haven't recieved any notification about the booking. Than Called go ibibo customer care and they took almost 4 hours to resolve the issue and finally I got a check in. And than the owner of the hotel was continuously knocking at the door from 9 am for checking out while checking out time was 11 am. the bedsheets were dirty and torn. room was very dirty and ac was not working properly. Very bad experience.Room and bathroom was very dirty.Lift was not working.During booking it was showing that breakfast included but we didn't get any foods as kitchen was not functioning.I never going to stay back and never recommend to others to stay.

AC was not working and everything was so dirty in room we didn't enjoyed staying there, also the didn't provide shop or shower gel and other necessary things

it's ok, not so good or bad, Kitchen operated by third party only few things you will get when you book meals with room. so keep in mind.

कंचन रेजीडेंसी में रूकने का काफी बुरा अनुभव रहा है ।सर्विस बेकार, रूम में तकिया, चादर ब्लैंकेट गंदे रहे । बाथरूम में मग नहीं टीवी चालू नहीं, खाना बेकार। मेरी सलाह है कंचन रीजेंसी में कभी ना रुके भले ही टेंट में रह जाए। शिकायत करने पर कंपनी को ही जिम्मेवार ठहराते हैं होटल वाले। सुबह का नाश्ता बोल कर चाय और दो सूखी टोस्ट भेजते हैं। इस होटल में कभी भी कोई न रुके आपके पैसे बेकार जाएंगे।
