The breakfast experience was truly disappointing. Despite ordering boiled eggs, our meal arrived cold, and we had to wait nearly 30 minutes. We also ordered toast and scrambled eggs, but the scrambled eggs were strangely sweet—never expected that! Overall, it was a poor experience.
We asked for black tea with breakfast, but it was awful. Then I requested a strong coffee, and that too was just terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I know, and I'll be sharing my experience across all my social media.

Wonderful Experience at Moorve Hotel, Durgapur – Second Time Stay!
This was my second time staying at Moorve Hotel, Durgapur, and just like the previous visit, the experience was absolutely fantastic — in fact, even better this time!
We booked a room with breakfast included, and that turned out to be a great decision. The breakfast was not only delicious but also came with the option to choose as per your preference, which added to the overall satisfaction.

Following things i noted there, thie is my 2nd visit there as ist visit i liked so much
But this time my experience is bad due to following reasons -
1) they provide the room where no telephone calls are there, they drop telephone at cover board, i took it myself and plug in to the wire, then i use it. I think before providing room to customers they should check this basic formalities.

Would never ever checkin again and suggest everyone not to opt for this priperty. They check your bags before you enter the hotel suspecting you of carrying outside food/Liquor which made me so embarrassed as it was in a public place in the mall. There was a time i used to love this hotel for its service and hospitality but Sad to see the degrading quality of this hotel.

Please, no one should come to this hotel. The staff here behaves very badly..The girl at the reception has very bad behavior.
