I went to this city for the first time, I keep traveling 3 or 4 times in Month. When I saw this hotel in a manner, I booked. when I talk about overall experience, I did not get a towel in the hotel, if I went to take a bath,there is shortage of water I have called for the water, no one is receiving the phone call ,I Asked for RO Water for drinking, then they told me that there is no water in the kitchen. This dirty experience may have happened to me for the first time

I checked in inside the hotel around 9:15 pm, my room was dirty and having stain marks on the bedsheet , i requested the hotel to clean the room and change the bedsheet.I called them many times , at around 11 pm they came for changing the bedsheet. till that we are sitting on chair because we can't sit on the stain mark bedsheet.the bedsheet changed is also having the same problem, if possible please ask them to change our bedsheet with cleaned bedsheet.very bad experience, it like i have wasted my money.

Staff behavior, amenities and services were poor. Location was nice. There was no dining facility. There was no complimentary services.
