i have come multiple time to this property. but this time i faced firt time I booked Standard A C room but Room is running Ac without cooling. when reported at desk they are not ready to change dispite so room vacant. there is nobody who can attend.

Very very bad experience
They did not add the bed instead said its late you have to do it by yourself
Not clean also we kept our bags in reception then have just remove and kept on the road so pathetic experience

room and bed was dirty, tv was not working, no washing machine, there is a very limited amenities but they claim number of amenities.
