i recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist with any requests. overall, i would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

disappointing stay
the rooms were dirty, and the bathrooms were unhygienic. staff was unhelpful and inattentive. food quality was poor and overpriced, with limited options. amenities were either broken or unavailable, and the property felt neglected. definitely not worth the money—look elsewhere.

the hotel was not exactly as shown in the pictures.
the standard room was actually much smaller than the one shown in pictures.
during our 4 night stay at the hotel,the wifi was not working at all.
the cleanliness of the bathroom was average.
despite chilling weather, room heater was not available.
a little rain in the valley turned the hotel out of electricity.the inverters were not also working.

too far from the main city,
superior rooms a more like of standard rooms,
lack of amenities like no proper wifi, torn bedsheets, no jet spray, no electric kettles for heating water,
staff behaviour was very supportive and nice.

Nice experience while staying in the hotel.
The hotel staff is extremely good, very polite. If you need any help they will provide you asap. For going to kanchi dham even they suggested either go early by car or to book a two-wheeler as it is crowded in nanital. It took just 50-55 mins to reach kanchi dhaam by scooty. otherwise it took 2 hrs by car.
As hotel is far from Naini Lake the hotel is providing pick and drop service. So no issue of far distance. But there are timing issues in nanital ...more

hotel was good but it is far away from the lake. I have to pay 400 extra to reach at this location from the lake. no food restaurant is near by
