Overall a good stay..good food.. staff behavior is good.. good location.. but there is no towel rod in the bathroom and the health faucet is like a jet..

we booked this pathetic and unhygienic hotel for two days... without seeing the reviews... we paid for two days where you don't even get basic amenities... Our room was crammed, the bed spread, blanket and pillow covers were covered with unhygienic spots. Infact, we had to change them TWICE (it was still dirty when checking out from the hotel). The wall was infested with fungus, which is understandable due to the cold. However, the room was infested with houseflies and ants, which was very con ...more

Mountain Trails Ooty offers a fantastic location and an welcoming experience. The staff Mani, Seeta, Pradeep, and their team ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Customer service & Food so good. Wifi not working, landline not provided in room, Pool not available but not updated current status. Also feel lil hot in night time without Fan. Looks lil high cost per night.

i had a fantastic experience staying here! the property was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. the staff mr pradeep were incredibly polite and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the rooms were spacious and equipped with all the amenities we needed. the location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. the food was delicious, and the attention to detail in every aspect of the service was truly impressive. i highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay!
