    I have booked a room with breakfast, but they declined the breakfast saying breakfast is not for online booking customer... They have not given us a breakfast... This is ridiculous system of hotel .

    For single day if you will find some issue u will let go it For long stay this hotel is not good. There dealing behaviour with customer with us was not good. if you said any issue with the room 1st they behave good but another room which they will provide also will have any issue and u will inform they will take 1 whole day to solve and like wise your staying time will over and u have to be adjusted and do check out. There every room have issues.

    I stayed in this hotel with my partner for 3 days. And my experience was quite good.But I believe that the room rate is a bit high, if it is between Rs 1500-1700/per day then it is okay. the staff behavior was good, rooms and washrooms were in very good and clean condition.And the room was big enough for 2 people, the air conditioner was also working very well and was quiet. The lift was also working very well. And as I keep coming to Navi Mumbai and I have stayed in many hotels of Navi Mumbai. ...more

    worst hotel i have ever lived till date, Claustrophobic room size, no toiletries provided, no tea kettle, no sugar pouches no tea pouches, NO VENTILATION, Hotel is located on a second floor of a commercial building so bad crowd. long hallway, constant video noises from the hallway, cold receptionist guy. Dirty bedsheets, towel. crazy expensive. Avoidable.

    It was a quiet place with trees and good airy feel in Super Delux rooms as it comes with a galery, the rooms are clean and amenities are as mentioned in the proposal. good wi-fi strength, nice people in staff any issue raised gets resolved quickly
