this hotel truly has always impressed me. the rooms were excellent – spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. i honestly felt like i was getting far more than what i paid for, making it incredible value for money. the location is another major plus. being so close to the temple made visiting incredibly convenient. this is the closest hotel to the maihar devi temple. yes, yatri niwas is also there but it's not a hotel. overall, i highly recommend this hotel. this was my third visit with family incld. kids and senior citizens.

found it to be highly unhygienic and badly maintained. used lenin was offered to us at check-in, the washroom was just wiped but not clean (stinking). attitude was shown when requested to change and clean. however eventually it (lenin) was changed, but the washroom was the same. the quality of the food was below average. cutlery not at par. pcs of plastic found on kid cheese sandwiches. after mentioning it to the server his attitude was "hota hai". restaurant ambiance and maintenance condition is lesser than a road side dhaba. very disappointed.

The location is very convenient, very close to temple entry. Rooms are ok. Washroom is dirty, it's door has enough space that whoever is inside can be seen from outside. The restaurant person is good. BUT The management is poor, one has to keep asking for the basic amenities we already paid for, like towels, water bottles, glass. We paid for 3 people but had to debate with the front office executive for the 3rd persons supply. It was extremely unpleasant and annoying. And the manager will hound ...more
