stay is horrible. rooms are not the same as pics. no room cleaning, mosquito bites , stinking smell . i don't recommend it for family stays.

The stay was very comfortable, the rooms are clean, location is good but the best part is th staff. They are extremely kind and helpful. The best I've come across.

Good hotel, located in prime location. Near by to Rock beach and French street. Hotel staff were very supportive

Hotel was not at all well maintained. There were barely any amenities provided. The room did not clean ever after they said they cleaned it. The toiler was broken when we checked in and we had to ask them a 5-6 times to fix this issue.
The AC in the room was also leaking water. The only good thing about the place is its cheap price and location

Pros:
Good location, but can find many more hotels in the vicinity.
Cons:
No restaurant
Very low hygiene - Bathroom stinks of sewers. Rooms not clean. linens and bedsheets not dusted. Doors not maintained. Check photos
Higher on cost - can find hotels locally which are cheaper or in the same budget.

It was bad experience. we booked 2 rooms. one room was ready and another room was not ready at the time of check in. They gave another room (bathroom had broken hot water tap) and told after 2-3 hours you will get your room. Room was ready early but they did not check that AC switch is not working. Night when we came to room then we got to know AC switch is broken. They did not got anyone to repair also. Again had to shift room and there bathroom door does not lock.
