1.it is a small set up above retail shops. 2.room size may be 160sqft all incl and not 242sqft as mentioned by you. 3.no intercom avl 4.room was neat 5.3rd tier town but looks costlier than trichy tier 2 town.

Hotel is in a prime location. Little congested area though. Tea shops & hotels are right outside. Ample gated parking - street beside the hotel.

1. Clean premises - well maintained
2. Service was quick - people were available to talk
3. Separate place for Car Parking
4. Near market area provides good access to amenities
