Dental kit was missing, had to wait for 15 mins for the same...
1 water Glass was missing, so i was handed it over at reception...
Bed and pillow too was not comfortable...

Very bad and extremely dirty hotel, bed mattress was worn out and spring of mattress was getting into body, stinking rooms, dirty washroom, dirty and smelly fridge, spoiled kettle, walls had seepage, things were broken, ac was not working properly, all in all a very very horrible experience

Excellent location. Zero cleanliness and maintenance (cockroaches in rooms and lizards in the restaurant). Free breakfast of poor quality and no service, you need to follow up and wait for hot puris or filling up the sabzi tray. Amenities very basic and you need to follow up and request the front desk for cleaning of rooms. Tea and coffee and sugar sachets not provided upfront in rooms and you need to keep following up and requesting for provision / replenishment. Parking space is not enough for large cars / SUV. Overall, except the location and reasonable price point: nothing.

We had rented 2 A/c Rooms for 2 days..
Good in terms of spacious rooms..clean..price level.
Not Good on worn out wall papers here and there!
Breakfasts were just average.

Had a comfortable stay for 2 nights. Neat and clean rooms. Ideal for a holiday or work related trip to navi mumbai. Just a suggestion that they should consider guest issues and allow for late check out.

The place is averagely maintained as it is a state govt tourism hotel. The good thing is that their rooms are spacious. Breakfast options are very few. chefs won't adjust according to your time of travel/flights/ even for tea. They have fixed time for the restaurant. staff is polite.
