Resort toilets not good, no soaps, no towels , no TV, no drinking water is provided hardly any staff to take care of house- keeping, room is spacious with AC , that was the only advantageResort manager is drawing free salary sitting home or doing some other businessZero maintenance

I had booked family room but we have been allotted Standard room, plus there was no electricity for more than 2 hrs in the 32 degree.
