Rooms are simple and clean..feels like stay in home...any time hot water available in bathroom..they provide keetle for drinking hot water... resort surrounding feels like garden..mrng breakfast they made very good..only negative is no restaurant for dinner there...we have to go out for dinner...if they ready restaurant I give 5 star...stay is very good.

Room is very bad. Service is even worse. I will never stay here again in my life. The bed sheet has seen water for a month. Checked in at 9pm and waited till 12pm and didn't get a bath towel. I have never stayed in such a bad hotel in my life. I had to travel 5 km to iron a shirt because there was no iron box in the hotel.

The cottage is nice. But it needs to be improved a lot .Walls and doors need to be painted.Curtains need to be changed.Toilets need to be improved.proper maintenance required.

The property is under renovation.. there was no kitchen or dining hall as such.. we could order any food however.. people were very kind and courteous, the tea estate behind the property was too good and we spotter a deer.

I am totally disappointed with property when I check in with my family . It is having very poor facility and renovation work in progress with noisy but Staffs were soft spoken. Eventhough we couldn't tolerate with facility. Within 30minutes we checked out and moved to Ooty. .
