The room was very bad, so dirty walls and a very unpleasant smell, the washroom one of the worst washroom ever and for this price honestly its waste of money to get a room there. The hotel is too old, the ceiling was not dusted. Overall looked like a store room.

A decent hotel near to beach, backwaters, and park.
Drinking water facility, hot water facility.
No food facility but you can order from the food aggregators.
No lift but the staff will help

We booked this hotel for 2 days in Alleppy. Very bad response from the hotel owner. They are giving used bedsheets, no hot water, no hygine bathrooms and beds. Not even good pillow covers. Its a waste of both money and time. Its a name sake resort. Its not even a hotel. Worest experience, when i complain about the dirty water which we were getting in the bathroom, he said if you don't like the service you can immediatly vacate from the hotel. His behavior is worst towards guests. My stay here was a regret.
Hotel owner's behavior is very rude, unenthical and unprofessional.
