During checkin they created chaos and made a fuss as a regular customer did not expect the same.We had an irritating and unpleasant experience due to one lady staff which ruined our stay.Normally our stay never had such a bad experience.

It is a hotel which is very costly at this cost. when you compare the others at this rate its very costly.Service is very poor.Room not cleaned properly.Amnities are also very poor.Smelling bathroom.

The stay way nice... Everything was fine rather then some miss communication when I book the stay on app it says: smoking is allowed on in the premisses but the strictly said as no for it and charged 1000 rupae charge on smoking. Also they charged as, 1400 rupaae for a stain on bedsheet. Which is also due to miss communication as I asked reception before cheking in about decoration in room.
