One of the worst hotels. The tap water in the washroom is full of dust and hair which caused serious problems. Flush in the bathroom must be used only by owner because it is too worst. Room is full of dust and tv service is not available. The fan speed is not satisfactory. Please ask the management to leave the business and should take hotel management classes

Hotel Sapna has a superb location, right in the middle of Deccan, on the JM Road. Room was clean and spacious. Food was delicious and delivered within 10-15 minutes despite heavy rains. Manager and staff were courteous and helpful. We will choose to stay here during our Pune visits.

location easy to approach on JM road touch. all our destinations in shivajinagar with in reach of 1 to 2 kms. Will like to stay again in future.

I always prefer to stay in this hotel as it's quite economical. rooms are good,clean and daily house keeping. Breakfast can be better,not much option. other hotels provide varieties. hotel staff is well mannered and polite. Very helpful and take care of their guests.

All is nice,staffs are good and supportive Room needs maintenance on flooring and wall colour. No in house food except a buffet breakfast with limited menu. Recommended for family stay

nice hotel. the best thing about the hotel is spacious room. I was given room 206. clean rooms and good hygienic house keeping. functioning geyser. cordial and co-operarive staff. manager ( one who checked me in) is a very holly person. overall good experience. don't get fooled by its exterior appearance. manoranjan mahapatra mumbai please do not spacious room and the manager
