The room was very dirty, The toilet was dirty and smelly.
The biggest problem was that the room in the basement, there was no natural air or sunlight.

The stay was good and the staff is very accomodating . We needed a late check out as our train was at 16:55 Pm and they agreed . We would love to come back and stay at hotel naaz whenever we are back in mussoorie :)
There was nothing to dislike . Everything was good about our stay

I had an amazing experience staying at Hotel Naaz. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. One of the highlights was their flexibility in allowing us an early check-in, which made our travel experience so much more convenient.
