This hotel is at very good location. The staff is very cooperative and helpful.
They also arrange vehicle and tour guides at reasonable prices.
The mountains are visible from the balcony of the room.

clean room, well behaved people...
We had come here to celebrate the anniversary. We really liked coming here. The nature of the people here is very good. Some students live here, they made our anniversary special, made all our arrangements like a family member. Kailash bhaiya has very good nature he keeps everyone happy he managed our anniversary celebration like he is a member of our family.

It is nice place to stay, very co-operative staff. but far from naini lake. secondly kettle for warm water is available. Warm water is essential for old age and children's. Overall stay is fine and cost effective.

Room service is good. Easy to reach from Mall road. Rooms are small. Washrooms are also small. price is ok.

It was one of the worst home stays, I ever stayed. Care taker was not giving any type of basic service even, he was just trying to charging heavily. For example he charged ₹20 per cup of tea whereas shops nearby charged us just ₹10. Also cleanliness was super pathetic. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and care taker did not clean the room on 2nd and 3rd days, he did not change the bed sheets even. Rooms were smelly and in one room the bathroom flush was not working. Overall very bad experience, ...more
