It was a fine stay at the hotel. Staff was good to talk. View from the hotel was fine. But hotel was located at a distance of 3 km from mall road which is the biggest trouble. Because taxi will take 350 rupees to drop at location which is more than you think & will coast you much more. About hotel room was too tiny you cannot even walk in room and bathroom as well telephone was not in working condition & tv as well. thank god they provide room heater only thing i like in aminities no shower kit ...more

Hotel is very good. the exact location is of hotel is at snow view point. We visited Nainital in the last week of Feb only to be surprised with unexpected snowfall at the Snow point. although there was not much snowfall at the Mall road. The hotel is at a very hight point. it is a little difficult to figure out the place though. the staff was cooperative and helped us reach the hotel. Food is good and reasonable priced.

Actual distance from mall road is 5 Km, However, it was shown to us that it is just 1.5 km away from Mall Road, Nainital.
3- I was looking for early check-in around 7 am IST and dialed given numbers but Didn't recieved any response. Due to this, It took 1 hrs to search hotel address.
4- As per Lake View room images, balcony is attached but when we arrived at hotel, we found that They have common balcony.
5- Foods are too high and taxable as well with rate of 18%, However taxes on food are 5 %.
but Hotel staffs were nice and well mannered. Appreciate their helps always.

We checked in late and, sadly, the lights were down on the 2nd floor, but Mr. Hari gave us a better room than the one we were allocated! The rooms were good, hot water-check, great staff-check, the view from the Naini hotel- picturesque, good food-check.
The only challenge to face is the distance from the mall road to the hotel, which is about 3 km up.
All in all, a good place to spend with your family / friends / lovers.
