totally waste of money how can select this hotel in bucket. prpaty 1star only only 2 staff in hotel and rom very bad location also .don't go plz don't go.

don't stay at this hotel hotel almost 1 km to mall road and no fan in hotel and almost old propaty . electrical problem and . I m not happy to stay also hotel room fare in reception only 1500 rs .but go ibibo chege extra ? why . only 1 star propaty .

Room was not as we saw the website.
Bathroom was very dirty and very smelly.
blanket was not cleaned.

Very high prices and bathroom was very dirty and smelly.
bed sheet was not clean.
blanket was full of strains.
very low maintain hotel we had left the hotel on the same day.
highly not recommended.

1st Gps is direct wrong location
and main point is mall road to hotel is 900 Miter up in hill so you go hotel pay 200 and you com mall road pay 200 so dislike hotel
and very bad smelling hotel

Overall stay experience was good. We had booked the lake view room and the rooms were spacious and with a good view balcony. Talking about the basic amenities they lacked there as in they did not had the dental kits, dryer. The washroom was very uncomfortable. According to their price i think they did not justified the amenities.

They lacked a proper water supply, experienced frequent power outages, and the mattresses were dirty and infested with bugs. Additionally, the mattress was made up of two separate pieces of unclean foam. However, the staff was polite and cooperative.

it is not at Mall Road, it is situated at 2 km upside 45° to 60° single narrow typical Himalayas road, usual driver can't drive towards hotel and Mall Road.it is not actually a hotel it is like a lodge, No food options
yet hotel staff are very good and cooperative ,and views from the balcony are also good

The hotel is far from the main market, approx 30 mins of steep walk and the rooms are spacious but the furniture is pretty old and full of termites. The staff were irritating.
