hotel rooms are old not maintain too. small size rooms. its not pleasent full. beds were odours. no water heater in bathroom, seats of washroom was broken but staff of the hotel was good in service

Nice hotel room as committed but no running hot water in bathroom we had call room service and give him bucket to bring hot water. They marked their hotel is near mall road yes its near but in air and vertical distance otherwise it is 1.5 km to mall road. No charging point near bed there are only one power point for charging for charging you need to hold near point
Family stay is good only problem is the hotel is located in very hight so everyone was very tired during reach hotel.

bed was ok
cupboard was broken
bathroom door was unclean , had Cobwebs
the stairs were steep and no cleanliness around them
bathroom was clean though
the surrounding ia not so clean, sewer drainage beside the hotel.
rest..staff is cooperative.

Lake view room is room where you can see lake at very distance and they don't have geyser as well in the room they provide you hot water in buckets, food taste & staff is good. It was a ok ok deal for a night.

Great experience must book before visiting nainital as they are providing tasty food as well or this is near by mall road !!!
