1) no pickup and drop facility.
2) called for water bottle at 9:00 PM but the staff did not suppy water bottle.We have to spend the night without water.
3) I asked for RO water and the serves except that night but the charged for RO water which they told me that it is free.
So the image of the hotel is not good for me specially they did not provide water.

Previously, it was a good option in Rewa, but my last stay was very unpleasant. Bedsheets, pillow cases, and washrooms were not cleaned up to the mark.staff is very unprofessional. Not happy Go for better options etc.

no hot water, room up keep is very poor, so is the service, less i describe it's better so now leaving this hotel and booked samdariya hotel , don't ask more information.
