Amazing stay experience, staffs are very helpful and just one call away for any kind of requirement. Also just 2 minutes away from Dwarikadhish temple which makes it prominent among all nearby stay options.

Overall Good Experience. They should give 1 ltr mineral water bottle per day. It just cost of 15 Rs. but gives good value to customer.

Pathetic experience. Want my money refund. Water Tap is not working, linens were very dirty, room were not ready even after 1 pm, it is worth less, the pathetic room

It was the utter regret of of life to survive in this hotel for 1 night. I also saw multiple people I paid for 3 bed ac deluxe room and when entered the hotel, I realised the hotels was in very bad condition and rooms actual tarrif should not be more than 600 or 700. Hygine : worst i have experienced in my life in any hotel.Stains all over the bedsheet, pillow, walls and washroom. A very bad smell in the room as well as in whole hotel. The location of the hotel is awesome (just 1 min from the Dwarkadhish temple and Sudhama setu) Also various travel agent are available nearby for hiring cab/buses for visit to bet dwarka and Nageshwar Jyotirlinga.

forget about sanitization, the rooms were not even cleaned. when asked to change the bedsheet I was asked to wait for more than 24 hours, saying laundry is yet to come. and finally, they got the bedsheet from the neighboring room ( immediately after the guest checked out) and replaced saying that it is a fresh bedsheet. it was a nightmare in terms of cleanliness ESPECIALLY IN this COVID and OMICRON TIMES. Not worth it. Poor quality of wall, paint, Bed sheets. not provision of keeping clothes and hanging. no dust bin. Telephone was not working, times tried to change it.
