Room is clean & okay. There is no wifi but it was mentioned in the amenities. Am not happy with the service, they are not ready to give mineral water until we ask.I stayed in second floor and there is no lift, no hot water for bath in the morning so went to ground floor & informed service person but he just says hot water is there but he is not even ready to come to second floor & check. It's not good for elder people because of lift. U need to run always for second & ground floor for anything required.

Location is the only plus point of this property, other than that there is nothing I can even talk abt - clumpsy rooms, rude staff, unclean bedsheets, not properly managed - had to wait for an hour beyond check-in time

worst stay at Nandika Residency, dirty smell from the pillows and bed sheets, no parking facility, need to park the car on road, no lift, I rate zero star for this

We booked 5 rooms. Despite of available rooms charged extra money for early check-in in 1 room and handed over other rooms only after 11:30 AM. As cleaning was done earlier Staff demanded extra money if we want that room earlier than 11:30. Earning extra money from customer instead of providing good/satisfactory service is the moto.

The hotel seems okay for what hotel is charging. had charged more but at that rate the room doesn't seems a quality one. There was no toilet soaps. No complimentary "water", even they charged for a bottle.
