Worst experience ever we visited around 12pm today and left at 3pm. Hotel ambience is too old and the doors are completely rusty. We booked Deluxe AC room and requested for a view room but they provided us a room which has no view also a pathetic dirty room especially both AC and TV not working condition and no phone. We requested a room service many times by calling the manager number which is weird and many times they never respond. Finally Stay away from this property if you are looking for a peaceful vacation.

Food is good and view from Hotel is fabulous especially during time of dawn.
WiFi isn't provided and it's very important to give access for travellers as there is no network signal

Good place to stay for a day. Nice location. Close to Kaas parking. 1.5 km from Plateau. Rooms are well maintained.

Hotel rooms are neat and clean. room size is good. They have food service also which is okay, not great though as rice was partly cooked. They have two seperate sections.... AC rooms and Non AC rooms. we have selected two Non AC rooms for 2 nights. Unfortunately for us the Non AC rooms are actually not well connected with the kitchen and place where staff sleeps. After 1 day halt at tapola, we went to kaas pathar & stayed at hotel Nature Plateau Paradise on 16th August. Hotel owner young Mr. Mahit Chanda is very descent& co operative personality provided us an executive view room. Outside the hotel from the road the hotel looks ordinary. But once you entered inside, everything is clean,neat& rich. Restaurant is excellent with tasty food. Our room looks little bit small.
