The property, it's location, landscape, provision of amenities is very good. But service was very poor. Indoor games area has no fans, it was very hot up there. Staff was lazy to serve or even attend the call. Property needs maintainance. we went there expecting rain dance. But was not made available during the given timing. Entry ladder into the swimming pool was shaking. To sum up, Resort is good, however it needs to improve on the services and maintenance.

The resort is very congested, there is no open place and there are so many trees it feels like you are in Jail. Poor food Quality, No room service, you have to wait for 1 hour to get your order food in the room, Food, Room Service, resort location and surrounding
