All stay was too good I real love the stay . staff was very co-operative, warm welcoming with smooth check in process . Front office staff was very nice specially Lucky , Kashish , Simran. Food was delicious. Loved to visit again.

Hotel's ambience is good. Rooms are pretty decent. Sometimes I faced issues with AC and door lock, which they gave some workaround to , if not repaired. Buffet spread was nice. But some items we ordered from ala carte menu were simply below average. Each item price is toh Approach road is a narrow lane connecting it to main road. Staff was very helpful and they even arranged us cold breakfast at 5 am in the morning.

Property is ok but not as per standards of sarovar portico, i had selected this property only due to the name of sarovar portico, but was dissapointed.
staff is extremely untrained they dont have basic manners. we had stayed for 3 nights but m extremely unsatisfied washroom is smelly.
never recomend it to anyone.

Very courteous and supportive staff. reception managed our stay very well. Other members at reception, room service, house keeping and dinning were cooperative. Room view was amazing.Had a pleasant stay.

It was a nice stay at hotel Saorvar Portico Manali , Staff was very co-operative, specially front office staff Lucky and Simran . Management was very good . Rooms was so luxurious . we have stayed in Himalyan view room which have a mountain view . Food was delicious. overall nice stay , loved to visit again.
