would have given 0*. worst treatment from manager & staff. hotel is not interested in business. & they don't care 4 booking customers. I requested 4 early booking, ideally every hotel gives & they charge 200/300 rs extra. but staff didn't entertain nor given me room. they said u take low budget room if u want, but won't get room before 12.00pm. I said iam not here for tourism iam here for official work, I need to get fresh & get to my job. but they were very adamant that manager. shouldn't recommend this type of hotel to those who go for official work.

hotel doesn't recquire business, they have ample of other business. they dont recquire customers, very bad experiance with staff & manager. wjen i reached early at ratnagiri i sat at reception from 7.00-9.00am the staff didnt give me check-in neither told me abt early check-in charges nir given me room to get fresh as i wanted to office.Manager was adamant not given early check-in & he was giving me normal room instead of deluxe room booked by me. very bad experiance with this hotel & go-ibibo since my association with them from last 7-8 yes. how cum go-ibibo recommend such kind of hotel.

The receptionist's ( who was working in the night shift ) attitude and lack of professionalism were extremely disappointing. We were not greeted warmly, and our queries were handled poorly. The lack of courtesy and patience made for a frustrating experience. Improvement in customer service is strongly needed.

The room itself was good and comfortable. However, the presence of too many cockroaches in the room was a major downside. It significantly affected our stay. Proper pest control is urgently needed to improve the guest experience.

The hotel is good. geyser is not available in the bathroom. they provide a heater . hot water only available 6 am to 10 am . Otherwise the hotel staff is very helpful. The room is very neat and clean. please provide a geyser for the best experience. thank you
