Very nice property. Centrally located, only 4-5 minutes walk from the Govt Bus stand. Rooms are clean and the staff are helpful.

The room was neat, clean, and spacious for two people. The staff service was also good. It's a good option for a family stay and is within walking distance of the Madikeri bus stand.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect — from the clean and comfortable rooms to the excellent facilities. Restaurants, KFC, Pizza hut etc are just 7 minutes' walk. You will have easy access to stores. Staff are very good and helpful in guidance. overall amazing place to go, only concern is space. Excepted a little big room, but it was very much standard room. Don't know about other rooms. kindly check that. But the room was very much clean, new building.
