i had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. the room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. the location is perfect close to major attractions and public transport.i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again.

when we arrived at the hotel, a staff member initially assured us that we would be provided with an early check-in once the room cleaning was completed. however, when we returned later, a different staff member named was at the desk. he rudely told us, “the room is not available; we will give it when it is ready.” his tone was unprofessional.to our surprise, we noticed that other guests who had booked were given early check-in, while we were denied. after multiple requests, we finally received ...more

Very happy is our first expression.
it was around 11pm when we reached the hotel. The reception was warm, showed us room and allowed us selection.
Rooms were clean, so were beds, bed linen and bathrooms.
The swimming pools was clean (though we did not use it) so was the small garden.
Restaurant provided food to our satisfaction along with satisfactory services in spite of limited staff.
Oerall very happy. More than value for money.
