The view is exceptional. Service is prompt. Faced AC issue and had the room changed effectively. But there was electricity outage and mold building in the room wall. They dont have an in house restaurant but there are good options around and the auto stand is right down the lane.

Clean room, AC, hot water, decent service, good location (there are sea-view rooms; you can walk down the beach - about 50 steps; the hotel didn't have a cafe but several beach and a few non-beach eateries are close by (< 1km)) . The beach as well as the water was very clean. I hope it stays that way. I tried to carry more litter from the beach (plastic) than i brought there. Perfect for a getaway where you want to spend a lot of time on the beach.
Ohhh and I saw one of the best sunsets ever, and a great sea lightning storm at night, here.

Its was great Experience, only food facilities missing in the property
Food we have to ordered from outside zomato/swiggy.
