Very Bad Experience. I booked 3 room 2 were given on the spot and 3rd room was promised after 2 hours. We went for Kashi Viswanath temple darshan and back to hotel in the evening. Then they gave us a different room and told that another guest checked in already. Hotel reception refused that they never promised us to give the room .
Room was having mosquitos and smell badly. Toilets were not clean At all.
When we complained that gentleman said you are free to leave the hotel. We have other guest ...more

Very bad experience if you book they will give u the worst rooms only customers are entertained nicely. Uploaded room fotos are different nd actual room given is different

Sorry to say but provided by hotel room is very verst and bad condition and we are paying to this hotel for standard AC rooms.i am dissatisfied on this hotel ...

it's absolutely bad experience in the stay
rooms were not available in Neel Gagan and they placed in a dirty place
