PROS● Great location ( probably the only good thing) right beside the river, away from the crowd.● well maintained pool● well maintained garden CONS● horrible staff, they literally argued not only with us but with other guests also, extremely arrogant receptionist who told us that she is still thinking whether to give us room or not even after we paid prior as if she is doing us a favour, this woman should not be working in hospitality industry, she ruined the mood even before we reached, and co ...more

They gave us ground floor room though of they had vacant room at 2nd floor..previously from hotel they told me to give view room which we have booked but on spot later they told us only from there we can choose vire room & floor ..water heater kettle was full of tea & they dint clean it ..one charging plug was not working..food was good..but hotel is too far from town roads are not good at all...overall stay was very poor..

Great Resort with all Luxury amenities and at a great isolated location on the bank of kopai river Rooms are clean, swimming pool is awesome and also great restaurant with delicious food. Overall an awesome and lovely experience.

3 In resort we expect good and customised facility. But:- Drinking Water not good not purified . Thats why My family suffer Loose Motion. After give instruction also food is very spicy. We request for Non spicy food. In bathroom their is no slipper. We dont get 4 person complementery break first with full quantity. Resort give us 3 bread inspite of 4 bread.

I will give 4 star because of the distance to the bolpur railway station otherwise this is 5 star hotel . they have in house resturant.the price of food bit high, food quality avarage . Good hospitality but there is no shop outside the hotel.

Its a awesome and budget friendly resort. the sarrounding environment and the ambience of the hotel is very pleasent. Hospitality, behavior of the hotel staffs are very good. And the quality of food they supplied us also very good.

Location of the hotel is excellent, just beside the bank of reiver Kopai, Room's are clean , spacious, room service is also good, food is tasty also, behaviour of staffs is polite।Highly recommend for group, family and friends for enjoyment।
