bad hospitality. no one answered the phone at the reception, the room had ants mosquitoes and a lizard. the blankets and bed sheets were dirty and smelly. i bought food at night but there wasn’t any, and even after they made more it was terrible and the dining area was dirty and filled with bugs. waste of money.

First of all the owner has invested a huge amount of money for building this resort but failed to maintain the property. Bed linen and pillows were dirty. Bathroom was also dirty. I got only two small medimix soap. Even water supply was not good. Water for bathing was aslo dirty. Swimming pool water was also not maintained. Food was ok . Only good thing was chai and pakoda

This resort is located 10 to 12 km from Bhimashankar temple we Had a lot of fun at Neelam Hills Resort The atmosphere there was very pleasant and beautiful The food there was good and the staff was good too. I want to go there once again.

In co-operative staffs,worst taste of food and services was really inappropriate and i must suggest not to visit this resort again really very pathatic.bad behaviour of the staffs,rooms are not so clean and also no grooming kits were available in any rooms.charges are also worthless.i must suggest not to visit this place ever.
