he provided room which is very bad in condition. there is no bulb in washroom n room is not deluxe

i booked hotel for two one is mine and another is my girlfriend.
the policy state that unmarried couple is allowed but they charged extra 200 for me to stay with my girlfriend.
they charged extra 400 .
any how i settled at 200.
