1. no proper breakfast 2. no room cleaning for 2 days, 3.dirty towels, 4.small sticky rooms willing to give 0 rating if possible. horrible staying

First thing room is fantastic and services also great. But Tv was not working. In general good hotel to stay if you are coming for daragh Shareef or personal reasons.

They are not transparent. I have very bad experience with the staff this time. They mislead and charged me very high for packets of chips and biscuits. Very bad experience. First they tell me that it’s complimentary service and later at the time of check out they charged me Rs. 577 for 2 packets of chips and 2 packets of biscuits and 2 cold drinks. I felt cheated. This was my third time stay with the Hotel Neelkamal but now from onwards I will never prefer and never suggest anyone to stay at Hotel Neelkamal.

I paid approximately ...for a night stay for this deluxe room..Just look at the pictures. You need to take care of this. Location is quite good so i am happy for that
